Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

The Money Manager home accounting app is an ideal solution for those who want to record their income easily, keep expenses under control, follow a budget and plan further financial goals. Our charts and reports make the visualization of your finances more transparent and clear.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (the Policy) of the Money Manager home accounting mobile app (the Service) governs the collection and processing of confidential (personal) information of all persons who use the Service (the User).
By using the Service you entrust it with your personal and financial information. We value this and thank you for your trust. The confidentiality of your personal data is protected by all technical means available today.
Your personal data is collected, processed and used for the proper operation of the Service in compliance with all laws of Ukraine and taking into account the principles and rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
The Service stores and uses your User data securely. The Service does not pass your data to third parties. The Service also does not collect information whose processing is subject to separate legal requirements (under Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").
Collection and use of personal data. When you use the features of the Service, the following User data is collected and processed:
- personal data provided when a User account is registered, including the login and password, and during later authorization while using the Service, including synchronization with other services the User additionally uses with their consent;
- the User’s surname, first name and e-mail address;
- the IP address and time zone of the User’s mobile device;
- information about the User’s actions in the Service: time and duration of use, actions performed while using the Service and any other information that may be stored in cookies;
- Service visit statistics: information about connections, the Service features the User uses, and the date, time and duration of use;
- device information: operating system version, hardware model, IMEI and other unique device identifiers;
- other information the User voluntarily provided to the Service, in compliance with all requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
The User’s use of the Service’s features as a personal data subject, and the voluntary provision of personal data in accordance with the law, constitute the data subject’s consent to the provision and processing of their personal data.
The Service collects only the User information that simplifies and makes its operation more effective, including for:
- offering personalized (informational and advertising) content and recommendations on using the Service;
- assessing and analyzing the market, customers, products and related research provided through the Service, including surveys of Users about the Service;
- providing updates and technical support of the Service on the User’s mobile device;
Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purpose of its processing. After the User stops using the Service and deletes their account, their personal data is also deleted automatically.
The Service reserves the right to change the terms of the Policy, including when legal requirements change. If such changes are made, the User receives a notification in the Service stating when they take effect. If the User continues to use the Service after the notification, this means agreement to the changes and further use of the Service on the stated terms.
